Detroit's defense has been one of the NFL's worst through four games, and after allowing 445 yards and 32 points to Carolina, the pressure is officially mounting.

The big question:

How long does Dan Campbell stick with Kelvin Sheppard?

Campbell says he's focused on getting better with the players and coaches already in place, but another defensive collapse could force the Lions to consider a major change.

The offense can only cover up so much.

Is it time to make a change at defensive coordinator?
